  • Role Model the company values, embrace coaching conversations, build the team (including making tough decisions.)

HR Leadership and your Team includes working with leaders one-to-one weekly and attending the 

Team Coaching sessions

to provide leadership feedback and insight.  


In addition to strategy thinking thought-partner

and coaching the coach, I also engage with the team, as a Dynamic Team Builder.

I'm present and invested in their individual and collective success.

1 year minimum.


Now that the plan, the Leader's calendar, and the team is engaged, it's time to raise the bar!  With me as part of your team (even though it is only one day a week) let's consider what else dovetails with coaching conversations to support our team growth and success, like:

I Worry:


  • I simply can't "handle it all!"

Likewise, I cannot afford to lose the company's best people!

There is someone on the team that seems to be "stirring the pot" and their negativity is deteriorating the team dynamic and morale.

What to Expect

First let's assess current situation, what's going well, what's not?  What is your 3-5 year plan?  Who is on your team?  How do you define great success?


After reviewing your team, your strategic business plan and understanding your people worries, we will brainstorm what success truly is. 


We will lead with Engaging Leadership.

We will have Inclusive Objectives.


You will witness a transformation, and your company values demonstrated vibrantly and consistently.


Each week, we activate the strategy, build the coaching cadence, maximize the talent of the team.


Also, I am present and  I am engaged with the team.  It's time to roll up our sleeves.  What other tasks or activities do we need to address, re-write or revitalize to support the company growth and success?
