Once you have a plan, you need help implementing the plan, communicating with your team, coaching and supporting the evolution of the strategy to WIN at your business. I work one-to-one with the leader to strategize, building the plan and prepare for employee conversations about:

The plan includes a review of the Leader's calendar, time dedicated to the employee conversations and coaching, steps and milestones to initiate the plan. This Leadership Strategy also includes a review of the Employee Handbook, the Company Values and Mission Statement as well as Performance Coaching Sessions.

Often, Strategic Leadership is a safe space for leaders to bounce their ideas, rumble with difficult conversations (how to say, what they really want to communicate) and review of their company values to ensure they are a clearly associated with the future success of the business.
