How I help

Leaders design strategies to ensure their business success, especially the Talent Strategy 

(also referred to as The People Plan.)


1 to 1 HR Leadership and Coaching


  • Review the Current Team:  people in current roles and responsibilities
  • Propose Potential: future changes to the business, how that will impact roles and people
  • Strengths and Talent:  each individual, how they may progress (in the existing role,  promoted into new roles or potentially out of their role and out of the company.)


Strategic Leadership unfolds

Once you have a plan, you need help implementing the plan, communicating with your team, coaching and supporting the evolution of the strategy to WIN at your business.  I work one-to-one with the leader to strategize, building the plan and prepare for employee conversations about:  

  • performance
  • company objectives
  • clearly defining success aligned with company values.


Leadership Coaching

I engage with leaders one-to-one 


1-2 hours each week 


for 12 weeks


to establish a people plan, ensure team has aligned their strengths to the Company Values

and

support Leadership conversations.


The plan includes a review of the Leader's calendar, time dedicated to the employee conversations and coaching, steps and milestones to initiate the plan.  This Leadership Strategy also includes a review of the Employee Handbook, the Company Values and Mission Statement as well as Performance Coaching Sessions.


I roll up my sleeves too, help re-write or revitalize Company "People Strategy" including:


  • Re-vitalize company values 
  • Re-write People processes, templates, documents (like, coaching sessions, interview questions aligned with company values.)
  • Customize a 90-Day Plan for the business and Leader.




That is my expertise.

What to Expect

First let's assess current situation, what's going well, what's not?  What is your 3-5 year plan?  Who is on your team?  How do you define thriving success?


After reviewing your team, your strategic business plan and understanding your people worries, we will brainstorm what success truly is.  What does your team look like?  What does your Leadership team look like?  How are your company value demonstrated vibrantly and consistently?


Each week, we work on articulating the strategy, planning the steps and activating the plan!


Often, Strategic Leadership is a safe space for leaders to bounce their ideas, rumble with difficult conversations (how to say, what they really want to communicate) and review of their company values to ensure they are a clearly associated with the future success of the business. 


It's taking action each week with the 3-5 Year Vision in mind everyday.
