Inclusive Objectives
Impact of your Leadership and Coaching
When you feel confident in your coaching and leadership, the team responds positively.
The team respects your leadership and strives for your recognition and appreciation. Moreover, when the team consistently receives engaging coaching, the company objectives are met (exceeded) and the team engagement (the workplace culture) seems to be something intangible, almost magical, that your competition cannot duplicate.
You are proud to have open communication about:
"True leadership is when people follow you
when they have a choice not to."

I Worry:
Everyone wants my time, and I still need to run the business, meet with clients... etc...
Working with Kimberly, I lead with Engaging Leadership and Inclusive Objectives.
The Team is excited about Coaching Sessions and
First let's assess current situation, what's going well, what's not? What is your 3-5 year plan? Who is on your team? How do you define great success?
After reviewing your team, your strategic business plan and understanding your people worries, we will brainstorm what success truly looks like in short and long term.
Each week, we work one-to-one, preparing for coaching sessions. I work with you to create / revise / revitalize the company coaching template. I engage the team for their input. This is an iterative process and everyone is encouraged to contribute their ideas and feedback. When everyone shares their ideas, we build the best version!
When we create a Consistent Coaching Cadence, we stick to it, show up, support and encourage the team to share their feedback, and engage in the process. Change is hard sometimes, so a little one-to-one with employees is helpful and I reach out, from time to time to assist in their preparation, their success ...to help them create a routine.
The system of coaching is fairly simple, but may need a supporting guide to assist with inclusive objectives. I am here to guide, inspire as well as assist with the coaching conversations and open line of communication with the leader.
Coaching is not all on your shoulders.
I truly believe that leadership coaching can be one of the most effective ways to impact (and speed up) business transformation. Coaching energizes and empowers Leaders.
Coaching turns moments into momentum.
